What is wrong with Joe Biden? 2020 Democrat hopeful Joe Biden, 76, participated in a CNN climate town hall discussion Wednesday evening when people noticed something was wrong with his left eye. Biden has suffered many different health issues over the years including an aneurysm that burst which required surgery.
