In the aftermath of George Floyd’s death which came about due to gross police misconduct, rioters have taken advantage of the situation to cause mayhem across the nation. ESPN NBA writer Chris Palmer joined the outrage by pushing people to “burn” buildings on May 28, 2020. Palmer received plenty of heat on Twitter for his incendiary comments. Comically, he changed his opinion a few days afterwards when rioters started looting near his neighborhood. The NBA writer tweeted, “Tear up your own shit. Don’t come to where we live at and tear our neighborhood up. We care about our community. If you don’t care about yours I don’t give a shit.” He commented, “Make no mistake about it those who were looting were not protestors. They were criminals who just blended in. Hell bent on stealing and property destruction. When the legit protestors left midday everything went off the rails.”Liberal hypocrisy has soared to new heights throughout the BLM riots.
