Biden wants to make America a "digital dictatorship"

The Biden regime is proposing a new "health-focused" federal agency modeled after the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) that threatens to turn the United States into a full-scale "digital dictatorship." Branded as a way to "end cancer" – you know, so it sounds good – Biden's proposed "health DARPA" would merge "national security" with "health security" to basically diagnose "pre-sickness" throughout the populace. "Such a system is a recipe for a technocratic 'pre-crime' organization with the potential to criminalize both mental and physical illness as well as 'wrongthink,'" reports Blacklisted News. The mainstream media has been praising China Joe for the plan, which it touts as creating a "new biomedical research agency" modeled after the U.S. military's "high-risk, high-reward" DARPA initiative. According to Beijing Biden himself, the program will lead to the development of "innovative" and "breakthrough" treatments for cancer, Alzheimer's disease, diabetes, and a range of other chronic illnesses caused by the pharmaceutical-chemical-industrial-complex. Hunter's dad is seeking $6.5 billion from Congress to fund the new agency, which would be controlled by Eric Lander, his former top "science" adviser. "Lander, formerly the head of the Silicon Valley-dominated Broad Institute, has been controversial for his ties to eugenicist and child sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein and his relatively recent praise for James Watson, an overtly racist eugenicist," Blacklisted News reveals. "Despite that, Lander is set to be confirmed by the Senate and Congress and is reportedly significantly enthusiastic about the proposed new 'health DARPA.'"

HARPA would be housed within Fauci's NIH, raising budget to over $51 billion

Known as HARPA, or ARPA-H, the new agency would of course be housed within Anthony Fauci's National Institutes of Health (NIH), raising that corrupt agency's budget to more than $51 billion. Unlike other agencies within the NIH, HARPA projects would not need to be peer-reviewed in order to receive funding. Instead, hand-picked program managers would be tasked with making all funding decisions for whatever projects they personally want to see move forward. "Funding would also take the form of milestone-driven payments instead of the more traditional multiyear grants," reports explain. One area of research that is expected to be heavily promoted within HARPA is messenger RNA (mRNA) technology, which is found within the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) injections offered by Moderna and Pfizer. Pfizer and its German partner BioNTech, along with Moderna, have already indicated that they are planning to develop mRNA "vaccines" for cancer next, stating that "cancer is the next problem to tackle with mRNA tech" post-covid. With funding and support from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, BioNTech has kept busy working on gene therapies for not just cancer but also tuberculosis and HIV. It is important to note that the idea of a "health DARPA" was first brought up during the Trump administration. Biden then ran with the idea during his campaign, presenting it under different justification than what the Trump administration had proposed. "In 2019, the same foundation and individuals currently backing Biden's ARPA-H had urged then-president Trump to create 'HARPA,' not for the main purpose of researching treatments for cancer and Alzheimer's, but to stop mass shootings before they happen through the monitoring of Americans for 'neuropsychiatric' warning signs," reports indicate. Robert Wright, the former vice chair of General Electric (GE) and former president of NBCUniversal, is said to be the one-man driving force behind HARPA. Wright has been aggressively lobbying for years to develop new tools with "biomedical capabilities" for the "millions of Americans who are not benefitting from the current system." Wright is a personal friend of Trump. More related news about the Biden regime's assault on medical freedom can be found at Fascism.news.
