Former CDC Director Dr. Robert Redfield told Vanity Fair that he actually received death threats from fellow scientists after suggesting on CNN that the coronavirus came from a lab-leak: (Article republished from TheRightScoop.com)
But for most of the past year, the lab-leak scenario was treated not simply as unlikely or even inaccurate but as morally out-of-bounds. In late March, former Centers for Disease Control director Robert Redfield received death threats from fellow scientists after telling CNN that he believed COVID-19 had originated in a lab. “I was threatened and ostracized because I proposed another hypothesis,” Redfield told Vanity Fair. “I expected it from politicians. I didn’t expect it from science.”
You’d almost certainly expect death threats from leftists and people on social media, but from fellow scientists? Wow. If that doesn’t tell you all you need to know about the state of our scientific community… These are likely the same people who continually claim that Global Warming Climate Change is the biggest threat to the earth or something. I happened to see this video on 9gag (don’t hate me bro!) the other day of a scientist named Allan Savory explaining what’s wrong with ‘scientists’ coming out of universities these days. He calls them brain dead, not knowing what the word ‘science’ even means. It’s a short clip, but you should definitely watch it: I don’t know anything else about Savory, so if he’s controversial don’t blame me. But it seems to me that he’s exactly right about the state of our scientific community. They’re all about agreement and peer-reviewed papers and not about critical thinking and scientific advancement, which he says typically happens on the fringes of science. And those scientific advancements are being blocked right because they can’t come from peer-reviewed papers. Read more at: TheRightScoop.com and ScienceDeception.com.
