Democrats including Adam Schiff, chief "Russiagate" hoaxer, have met with Chinese group that seeks to influence policies favorable to Beijing

For years, Rep. Adam Schiff, chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, has pushed the bogus claim that then-GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump "colluded" with Mother Russia to "steal" the 2016 election from Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton. It was a lie the first time he said it, and it continues to be a lie every time he alludes to it, which he did again during a recent interview with the far-left hosts of ABC's "The View." “You defended, promoted, you even read into the Congressional record the Steele dossier. We know last week the main source of the Steele dossier was indicted for lying to the FBI about most of the key claims in that dossier,” Morgan Ortagus, a former State Department spokeswoman during Trump's administration, said last week. “Do you have any reflections on your role in promoting this to the American people?” “First of all, whoever lied to the FBI or lied to Christopher Steele should be prosecuted, and they are,” Schiff said, “Unlike in the Trump administration if they’re convicted, they should go to jail and not be pardoned.” “At the beginning of the Russia investigation, I said that any allegations should be investigated. We couldn’t have known, for example, that people were lying to Christopher Steele,” Schiff said. “So, it was proper to investigate them." He went on to claim that Trump should have "culpability for inviting Russia to help them in the election, which they did." None of that is true, and the allegation that Trump 'colluded' with Russia was fabricated by the deep state Adam Schiff is loyal to and protects. But when it comes to the real enemy of America -- which is a rising China -- Schiff is all on board with promoting Beijing's self-interests, as noted by the National Pulse: ...Schiff met with a Chinese Communist Party official previously responsible for spearheading the regime’s foreign influence operations on a visit to Washington, D.C. sponsored by the China-United States Exchange Foundation... The foundation, known as ‘CUSEF’ for short, has been flagged by the U.S. government for seeking to “influence foreign governments to take actions or adopt positions supportive of Beijing’s preferred policies.” A key promoter of the Trump-Russia collusion hoax and leading member of the unconstitutional January 6th committee, Rep. Schiff met with officials from the documented Chinese Communist Party-linked foreign influence group in October 2009. The outlet went on to report that most recently, the California Democrat has "turned his attention" on Steve Bannon, Trump's former top political adviser and a China hawk who has just been indicted by a federal grand jury for something no one else has been indicted for in the modern era: Ignoring a congressional subpoena to provide testimony to the highly partisan Jan. 6 committee. Like Trump, Bannon, a former U.S. Navy officer who has a master's degree from Harvard University and a national security degree from Georgetown University, is well aware of what China is attempting to do with its massive wealth: Take over as the globe's No. 1 power by subjugating the globe's current No. 1 power, the United States. Bannon has also recently raised questions as to whether Schiff is working to suppress critics of the Chinese Communist Party, the National Pulse continued. "The China-United States Exchange Foundation’s (CUSEF) website reveals it “sponsored the visit” of Chinese Communist Party official Xu Kuangdi to the U.S., including a stop in Washington, D.C.," the outlet reported. "The former Mayor of Shanghai, Xu also served as the Chairman of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, the “highest-ranking entity overseeing” China’s controversial 'United Front Work Department,'" the outlet continued. The United Front, meanwhile, is an entity used by Beijing to inject Chinese influence around the world; the U.S. government has described the organization as working to “co-opt and neutralize sources of potential opposition to the policies and authority of its ruling Chinese Communist Party” and “influence foreign governments to take actions or adopt positions supportive of Beijing’s preferred policies.” But no, it's Russia that is a threat - and Trump - not China, as far as Schiff is concerned.
