Kyle Rittenhouse's innocent verdict is an indictment of the mainstream media and an affirmation of the Second Amendment
Because there is still a smidge of justice left in America
outside of Washington, D.C., and any federal courtroom, Kyle Rittenhouse, the teen won't be spending the rest of his life behind bars for defending himself against riotous thugs who chased him down the streets of Kenosha, Wis., the night of August 25, 2020, and tried to club him to death with a skateboard and murder him.
Standing nervously while facing his jury on Friday,
Rittenhouse reacted with impassioned relief, crying and breathing heavily as he collapsed into his chair after the forewoman read five "not guilty" verdicts to the charges of murder and reckless endangerment.

Reaction to the verdicts on social media was broken into two broad categories:
-- Conservatives and libertarians who still care about the rule of law and the Constitution were relieved that this young man's right to self-defense -- and, in turn, all our of rights to self-defense -- was not dismissed and taken away due to concerns about political expediency;
-- And far-left extremists who, when a defendant is a person of color, are all about "criminal justice reform" that includes letting people off the hook, who are now are outraged because their riotous 'allies' fooled around and found out what happens when you play stupid games and try to tear down society.
There are several real lessons we should all learn from this entire episode, however. They are, in no particular order:
-- The Second Amendment truly is one of our most important constitutional guarantees. Our founders recognized the right to keep and bear arms as a check against all-powerful government, true, but also because they understood that having the means to protect oneself should never be dependent on obtaining 'permission' from
tyrannical big government. We see this demonstrated daily in our country where left-wing losers who run big cities that they make unsafe with their 'criminal justice reforms' make victims out of their residents, many of whom have been brainwashed into believing they don't really have the right to protect themselves with the most capable means available to them: Firearms.
-- The First Amendment's guarantee of a press free from government control is obviously another cornerstone guarantee our founders enshrined in our Constitution. But the right continues to be abused by deep state actors who are beholden to the regime that continually works in the shadows to foment dissent and rip at our fraying social fabric. Before and throughout Rittenhouse's trial, he was defamed and libeled, wrongly accused of being a "white supremacist" and a "racist" despite the fact that literally, no one who was killed or wounded while trying to attack him was a person of color.
-- Half of our political class, the Democrats, obviously want our country to burn, while claiming with their lying mouths that they 'care' about the country and are really just trying to 'save democracy.' Rather than stay neutral they have chosen a side, and not the side of justice. They pined for an outcome that would see Rittenhouse locked up for the rest of his life, in spite of the expert legal opinions against conviction and
evidence proving him innocent. These disgusting people want to see ordinary Americans warring with each other in the streets of our cities, followed by the fall of a constitutional system that limits their control. It's pathetic but worse than that, it's dangerous.
-- Justice is no longer 'colorblind' or 'impartial' to Democrats; like everything else in their lives, they seek to politicize our justice system to empower themselves and move their agenda forward. Again, the Democrat Party is a party seeking America's destruction, it's members shunned and kicked out of office via the ballot box at every opportunity.
Kyle Rittenhouse is free as of this writing and
that is a good thing because he should be. The only people who are angry about it are enemies of democracy and our way of life.
