VACCINE FANTASIES: Fauci claims Santa Claus already received Covid vaccine booster shot
Infectious disease expert Dr. Anthony Fauci made a ridiculous claim that
Santa Claus has already received his Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) booster shot. This appears to be another attempt by Fauci to promote COVID vaccines to Americans as Christmas nears.
A Dec. 8 article by USA Today published the White House chief medical advisor's claim. Fauci told the newspaper: "Santa already has great innate immunity. This year, he is even more protected because he has been fully vaccinated and boosted. Santa will be just fine and is good to go."
USA TODAY reported that Santa Claus is "ready to deliver presents around the world after receiving his COVID-19 booster shot." It added that with St. Nicholas receiving a third dose, "children around the world can rest assured [he] is ready to come down the chimney, eat cookies and participate in other traditions this holiday season."
According to a December 2020 article from the same publication, Fauci claimed that
he himself administered the COVID-19 vaccine to Santa Claus. The director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) said he himself took a trip to Santa's residence in the North Pole to vaccinate him.
"Well, I have to say I took care of that for you because I was worried that you'd all be upset. I vaccinated Santa Claus myself, I measured his level of immunity and he is good to go. You have nothing to worry about."
Fauci using Santa as a tool to promote vaccines
However, Fauci appeared to be singing a different tune before the first COVID-19 vaccines received emergency approval. Back in November 2020, he claimed that Santa Claus
possessed "innate immunity" from the disease caused by SARS-CoV-2.
"Santa is exempt from this because [he], of all the good qualities, has a lot of good innate immunity. Santa is not going to be spreading any infections to anybody," the NIAID director said at the time. (Related:

However, observant eyes would notice and wonder why Fauci would subsequently vaccinate Santa Claus if the latter already has innate natural immunity from COVID-19 and other diseases. In fact, a study published in the
New England Journal of Medicine proved that
natural immunity is superior to vaccine-induced immunity.
The study found that of the more than 350,000 patients in the Middle Eastern nation of Qatar, only about 1,300 were reinfected with SARS-CoV-2 after recovering from a bout with COVID-19. "For a person who has already had a primary infection, the risk of having a severe reinfection is only approximately one percent of the risk of a previously uninfected person having a severe primary infection," the study authors wrote.
Fauci's claim about Santa Claus receiving a third booster dose despite being fully vaccinated with two shots aligns with his remark of
three doses being the standard of full vaccination. "I would not at all be surprised that the adequate, full regimen for vaccination will likely be three doses," Fauci said back in September. (Related:

Writing for the
Western Journal, C. Douglas Golden slammed Fauci for using Santa Claus as a tool to promote the vaccines.
"Fauci has used these public relation tricks time and again to try and break down any resistance to his agenda. This is [the] second Christmas where virtually every American and their children are distinctly aware of Fauci – and it's the second one where he's used Santa as part of a vaccine awareness campaign."
