Orwellian: Social credit system aimed at forcing compliance with "climate change" objectives now being implemented in Italy

The global power elite has sold much of the Western world on the lie that modern human activity is destroying the planet by dramatically altering the climate. But while millions have been propagandized enough that they have bought into the hoax, tens of millions more reject it because they know the lie is all about controlling behaviors and forcing us to live in a way that suits the elite -- though they, of course, don't plan to live by their own rules. As such, they have come to the conclusion that their climate change policies will be implemented one way or another, and to ensure that happens, they have developed an Orwellian scheme that is being implemented first in Italy. According to The National Pulse: Italy will become the first European nation to implement a social credit system – where citizens will be rewarded for their “good behavior”. Starting in the fall of 2022, the city of Bologna will begin a new pilot project. Citizens who display good behavior such as correctly recycling or using public transportation will be rewarded. The Bologna municipality is deploying a “Smart Citizen Wallet” which will be the primary method for citizens to collect digital coins in exchange for behavioral changes. Based on the given scores, a person can also receive discounts for local shops. The primary argument for this program is to “save resources” and promote climate friendly behavior. A report in Bologna Today notes that Massimo Bugani, the digital agenda councilor for the city, which is located in northern Italy, has said that while no one -- allegedly -- will be forced to use the application, he nevertheless expects that many citizens will decide to do so. And for now, there are no published plans to link the system to others such as online identification and usage of social media platforms. But again, this program is in its infancy; bugs and glitches will need to be worked out before the system becomes integrated, which is exactly what the long-term plan entails in order to guarantee participation in the climate hoax. Needless to say, the left-wing leaders of the European Union are increasingly interested in the system, leaving many to believe it is only a matter of time before more countries and regions will adopt it in order to solve "social issues." Germany -- whose leaders and citizens haven't learned anything after building huge 'green energy' sources that still left the country reliant on Russian gas -- as well as Austria have already begun to speed up their respective digital ID initiatives, for instance. Both nations are set to launch new platforms that will serve to combine additional public services and IDs, digitize mail and also add national passports to the mix. The new measures are being implemented under the [false] guise of solving "bureaucratic problems and [saving] resources." The globalist European Commission members including the organization's president, Ursula von der Leyan, have already expressed a desire to introduce an "EU ID" that would integrate current national IDs with internet enrollments. Last year, Von der Leyen noted: “Every time an App or website asks us to create a new digital identity or to easily log via a big platform, we have no idea what happens with our data. That is why the Commission will propose a secure European e-identity. One that we trust and that any citizen can use anywhere in Europe to do anything from paying taxes to renting bicycles.“ Also, it should be noted that the European ID Wallet app began its testing and debugging phase last year as well and is expected to be fully deployed this fall. "Given the amount of data such a platform could log on every EU citizen, a looming privacy nightmare seems inevitable," The National Pulse reported. The Western elite's behavior modification plan is being implemented before our eyes, and all under the lie of 'climate change.' Sources include: TheNationalPulse.com BolognaToday.it NaturalNews.com
