What these targets prove is that the IRS is deliberately training to shoot American citizens, and they are "desensitizing" their troops to be able to pull the trigger when they are shooting people.
Under Biden, the federal government is waging a hot war against the American people. They have started a domestic war, using the power and unlimited financial resources of the federal government to raise literal armies of heavily armed federal agents who will seek out and execute Americans who refuse to comply with the tyranny.
As all this is happening, AG Merrick Garland is lecturing the American people and demanding citizens stop being mean to the FBI.
