More conservative states ban gender-affirming procedures for minors

Legislatures in various conservative states are moving to ban sex-change procedures in young children in response to the increase of minors identifying as transgender. To date, 12 states have already outlawed gender-affirming surgeries and 19 more have ongoing legislation. Out of the 19 states working on the law to ban the said procedures, 12 have Republican-controlled legislatures. This increases the chance that the use of puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones and sex-change surgeries for children seeking a new "gender identity" will be outlawed in those states. The seven others that are controlled by Democrats are more likely to reject the bills. Also, California and Minnesota lawmakers are attempting to pass measures that will make it easier for children to "transition" to another gender by allowing law enforcement officers to remove them from homes where their chosen gender is not "affirmed." "Three years ago, no state had a law against child sex change. But as transgenderism has spread, lawmakers have sought to push back. Researchers estimate that about 1.4 percent of children aged 13 to 17 now identify as transgender," independent outlet the Epoch Times reported. In 2021, Arkansas became the first state to ban child sex changes. On April 4, Idaho became the most recent state to ban child sex change, with Gov. Brad Little signing a bill into law. A week before that, Kentucky Republicans overrode Democratic Gov. Andy Beshear's veto to pass their bill. Meanwhile, bills that would ban gender-transition procedures for people under 26 are currently being worked out in Texas and South Carolina. North Carolina lawmakers aim to ban the procedures for anyone under 21. In Wyoming and Virginia, lawmakers considered child sex-change bans, but they failed to pass.

With billions at stake, Biden supports gender reassignment treatments

An alarming fact: Children as young as 12 years of age have been put through "life-altering" sex change procedures. More and more "detransitioners," or people who regret their sex-change treatments, are coming out and speaking out about the dangers of that path as the damage to health and fertility is real and absolutely irreversible. However, President Joe Biden's government supports it likely because of the billions of potential profit the transgenderism industry promises. (Related: Transgender HHS official confirms that Biden fully supports child mutilations.) According to studies, more than 80 percent of kids experiencing gender dysphoria outgrow it on their own by late adolescence. Even full "reassignment" surgeries fail to resolve their heightened tendency to engage in self-harm and suicide, in fact, they may even exacerbate it. Also, surgically or chemically reinforcing gender confusion imposes irreversible harm on children, such as infertility, impairment of adult sexual function and reduced life expectancy. Healthcare providers assure the "gender confused" youth that if they have regrets after pursuing sex-change treatments, boys can remove breasts that were added. However, after taking female hormones, they often experience infertility and damaged sexual function. Also, for female-to-male (FTM) transitioners, the potential success of surgery to remove an added male appendage has been widely disputed. Meanwhile, puberty blockers prevent brain and bone growth, leaving children with diminished intelligence and early-onset osteoporosis, studies have shown. Girls who want to resemble boys take testosterone in the form of pills, patches or injections, but these drugs can cost up to $100 a month and cause permanent physical changes. It permanently deepens a female's voice, induces body hair growth, broadens the chest, sharpens the jaw, and part of her lower sexual anatomy enlarges. It can also cause high cholesterol, heart disease, diabetes, blood clots, infertility, joint pain and many other health issues. When boys take estrogen to increase feminine characteristics, the hormone causes breasts to grow and testicles to shrink. Body and facial hair diminish, and body fat increases. Sexual function also declines. Boosting estrogen levels in men often can create blood clots, infertility, strokes, diabetes, high blood pressure, joint pain and weight gain. But the transgender movement is still growing. According to market analysis firm Grand View Research, transgenderism likely will be an industry worth $4.9 billion annually by 2030. Nowadays, procedures for women alone make a $1.15 billion industry. More stories regarding the dangers of sex-change procedures can be found on Transhumanism.news.
