PRESIDENT BILL CLINTON paid Paula Jones $850,000 to shut up about sexual harassment charges while he was in middle of impeachment hearings for affair with 19-yr-old intern... why was he never arrested?

Yesterday, news broke that President Donald Trump could be indicted as soon as next week as a result of charges stemming from payments made to Stormy Daniels to keep an alleged affair between her and Trump quiet. Only hours ago, President Trump announced on his Truth Social account that he would be arrested on Tuesday. (Article by Patty McMurray republished from 100PercentFedUp.com) Do you remember when former President Bill Clinton paid Paula Jones $850,000 to go away? Do you remember the FBI raiding his lawyer’s office? Well, that’s because the former happened and the latter did not. In 1994, a former law clerk, Paula Jones, filed a lawsuit in a federal court in Little Rock, Arkansas, against President Bill Clinton for sexual harassment and defamation while he was the governor of Arkansas. In her suit, Jones asked for $700,000 in damages. On November 13, 1998, President Clinton reached an out-of-court settlement with Jones for $850,000, putting an end to a lengthy four 1/2-year battle between America’s most accused serial sexual assault President and Jones. Why would President Clinton give Jones $150,000 MORE than what she asked for in her lawsuit? We will never know because America’s dishonest media didn’t care. The corporate media, like the Clintons, just wanted the Jones case to go away, as Bill Clinton was in the initial stages of his impeachment trial over his repugnant affair with a young, 19-year-old White House intern, Monica Lewinsky. While all of this was going on, there was no raid of Clinton’s attorney’s offices. Despite multiple accusations of SEXUAL ASSAULT by women, including Jones, Clinton’s friend Kathleen E. Wiley and, of course, Juanita Broadderick’s very credible accusation that she was raped by Bill Clinton. Yet, curiously, there were no threats of Bill Clinton’s arrest  His attorney at the time was Robert S. Bennett. As per a 1998 Washington Post article: “President Clinton reached an out-of-court settlement with Paula Jones yesterday, agreeing to pay her $850,000 to drop the sexual harassment lawsuit that led to the worst political crisis of his career and only the third presidential impeachment inquiry in American history. After more than 4 1/2 years of scorched-earth legal warfare, Clinton and Jones brought a sudden end to the case with a four-page deal in which he acknowledged no wrongdoing and offered no apology. The agreement, which will be filed with a federal appeals court considering whether the lawsuit should go forward, requires the president to pay within 60 days. Robert S. Bennett, Clinton’s chief attorney in the case, said the president still insists Jones’s allegations of a crude proposition in a Little Rock hotel suite seven years ago “are baseless” but agreed to make the payment in the interest of finally putting the matter behind him. “The president has decided he is not prepared to spend one more hour on this matter,” Bennett said. “It is clear that the American people want their president and Congress to focus on the problems that they were elected to solve. This is a step in that direction.” The settlement foreclosed the possibility that Clinton’s personal life would be reopened for public inspection at a sensational trial had the lawsuit dismissed in April been reinstated, as many lawyers involved believed it would be. It also may help the president’s allies defend him against independent counsel Kenneth W. Starr’s allegations that he lied and obstructed justice during the case while providing a new opportunity for the White House to cut a separate deal with Congress to drop impeachment proceedings.” Just hours before the settlement was inked yesterday, Starr sent new evidence to the House Judiciary Committee stemming from a witness in the Jones case, Kathleen E. Willey, who also accused Clinton of an unwelcome sexual advance.

So where did the funds for the $850,000 (hush money) payment to Paula Jones come from?

NYT’s reports – Clinton Administration officials said a check for $850,000, the amount agreed to in November to settle the case, was being sent by overnight mail to Ms. Jones and her lawyers. The officials, who asked that their names not be used, said that a little more than half of the money, $475,000, came from an insurance policy against civil liability the President held with Chubb Group Insurance. Most, if not all, of the remainder, was withdrawn from a blind trust in the name of Mrs. Clinton, which officials said last year had assets of slightly more than $1 million. A blind trust that is in Mr. Clinton’s name was reported in financial disclosure forms last year to have less than $100,000 in assets. A White House official said that although the trusts were in separate names, they were, in effect, joint accounts.
So, if Hillary Clinton only reported that she had less than $100,000 in assets, where did the additional $279,000+ come from? Does anyone even care?  In an interview with Newsmax, former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani reminds everyone of how easily Bill Clinton escaped having his disgusting behavior revealed by paying off Jones. He also swears Stormy Daniels is lying. Read more at: 100PercentFedUp.com
