'Invasion force' of more than 700,000 migrants to be pushed across U.S. border after Biden ends Title 42 this week

Approximately 700,000 migrants are currently in Mexico, waiting to cross the United States-Mexico border when President Joe Biden ends the public health authority known as Title 42 on May 11, a foreign population larger than that of Boston, Massachusetts. As reported by Breitbart News, amid the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, then-President Donald Trump utilized the public health authority called Title 42 at the border to guarantee that federal immigration officials could efficiently return millions of undocumented migrants to Mexico, and it's been in place for the past three years. The Biden administration plans to deploy 1,500 U.S. troops to the border to facilitate faster processing of arrivals and expand the Catch and Release network to quickly move border crossers and illegal aliens into the U.S. interior, the report said. Supervisor Jonathan Lines revealed during a Yuma County Board of Supervisors meeting this week that Department of Homeland Security (DHS) officials have warned them about 700,000 migrants waiting in Mexico to cross the border when Title 42 ends. “Border Patrol shared with us their intelligence that there are approximately 700,000, as of three weeks ago, in the shelters in Mexico waiting to come into the United States,” Lines said, according to the news outlet. “They also shared with us that at the Darian Gap which is at the Panama Canal, they’ve seen a 500 percent surge in people crossing over that gap on their way up to the United States.” Rep. Andy Biggs’ (R-Ariz.) office confirmed to Breitbart News that he, too, has been told by officials of the looming crush of illegal immigrants. “Right now, all of the people that are coming across the border, 40 percent of them are expelled under Title 42 in Yuma, Arizona,” Lines said. “So 40 percent of the people coming across are immediately expelled and they’re flown back to their countries of origin. That goes away on May 11; they are no longer processed out.” And just imagine what it is costing U.S. taxpayers to fly those migrants back to their home countries -- and from an administration that claims to be 'fighting emissions and climate change.' Yuma County Sheriff Leon Wilmot stated that his law enforcement officers are unable to apprehend and detain border crossers and illegal aliens due to federal law, which would consider such actions as kidnapping. As a result, his officers' hands are tied, he said.

“[If we could arrest], I would fill the jail in a day with the amount of individuals that we encounter trespassing,” Wilmot told local media.

Lines added: “International labor organizations and the cartels are facilitating this trade. They’re making a significant amount of money — 27 million were forced into labor over the last two years [and] 6.3 million [forced] into sexual exploitation.” Dr. Robert Trenschel of the Yuma Regional Medical Center stated in February that local taxpayers were left with $26 million in unpaid medical bills from border crossers and illegal aliens who showed up to the hospital needing care, just within a year. Trenschel also predicted that this amount would increase once Title 42 ends. After it expires, around 400,000 border crossers and illegal aliens are expected to arrive at the border every month, which is more than the resident population of New Orleans, Louisiana. Former Democratic Senator-turned-Independent Kyrsten Sinema of Arizona, who is up for reelection next year and already has a Democratic challenger, called out Joe Biden’s resident flak, White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, after the latter laughably claimed that under the president, illegal immigration has fallen 90 percent. That’s worse than absurd, but that’s about the strongest word we can use here. It also really ticked off Sinema, whose state, of course, borders Mexico and has seen a wildly dramatic uptick in both illegal immigrant traffic and smuggling of deadly fentanyl under Biden’s watch. “Obviously, the border is not secure. Anyone with eyes can see that,” Sinema told Fox News anchor Bret Baier. “And anyone who lives in a border state like I do, born and raised in Arizona, actually takes offense at comments like that because they’re just factually not true. “The reality is, is that border communities in my state are suffering already, and that’s before the end of Title 42” next week, she added. “Just last week, I held a hearing in our border subcommittee and brought a Republican mayor and a Democratic mayor, both representing small border towns from Arizona,” she said. “And we just asked them, what is it like every day in your town? And Bret, there are high-speed chases going on through the city of Sierra Vista right now with young teens driving cars and sometimes being killed or causing the death of others transporting drugs and other migrants through these communities.” “It is not secure,” Sinema added. “It is not safe.” Sources include: USAJournal.news Breitbart.com
