Kari Lake's legal challenge to 2022 election in Arizona fails with judge tossing final case: The steal is complete

Former Arizona Republican gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake tried for months every way possible to convince courts of law she was robbed of a victory last November against Democratic challenger -- and now 'governor' -- Katie Hobbs, but because judges and juries have a hard time believing our elections have been hijacked by anti-democratic forces, she wasn't successful. An Arizona judge has dismissed Lake’s latest legal challenge to last year’s gubernatorial contest while “confirming the election” of Hobbs as Arizona governor, NTD News reported this week after the ruling. "Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Peter A. Thompson said in a May 22 ruling obtained by The Epoch Times that Lake’s team failed to provide enough evidence that Maricopa County did not verify signatures on mail ballots in accordance with the law," the outlet reported further. Lake had put forth the argument that Maricopa County's signature verification process for hundreds of thousands of early ballots during the November 2022 midterms was not conducted accurately. Conversely, county officials maintained that the verification had been carried out in accordance with the relevant statutes and guidelines, the report said. Her legal team contended that there was plenty of evidence indicating that lower-level screeners who detected inconsistencies in signatures escalated the matter up the chain of command, only to have their concerns disregarded by higher-level verifiers. Furthermore, they contended that approximately 274,000 signatures were compared at a rate of less than two seconds each, although the judge determined that the timing was not a significant factor and did not constitute a violation of the statutes in question. NTD News reported further: Reynaldo “Rey” Valenzuela, the Maricopa County director of elections, said that over 150 people reviewed the signatures and that a total of four levels of signature verification took place. “Mr. Valenzuela testified that the final canvass was accurate,” Thompson wrote in the ruling. “No clear and convincing evidence, or even a preponderance of evidence, contradicts him.” At the conclusion of the three-day trial, Thompson said the court did not find enough evidence of misconduct as alleged by Lake’s team. “It is ordered: confirming the election of Katie Hobbs as Arizona Governor,” the judge ruled. In the meantime, Lake is considering an appeal but she is also prepared to meet -- and beat -- Democrats at their own ballot harvesting and GOTV (get out the vote) efforts, according to The Arizona Sun Times, which reported: Lake said the new Get Out The Vote (GOTV) effort will involve making sure voters cast their early ballots, describing it as “the largest ballot chasing operation in American history.” The new organization will be operated under Lake’s Save Arizona Fund. “They know they’re frauds,” she declared this week after the ruling. “They absolutely know they’re frauds." "We will not allow them to steal another election from We the People; we want our government back. And right now we have people sitting in these offices and our government, who are not duly elected. We are better at doing everything better than the left," she said at the event. "We know we have better candidates; they put forth people who can’t even string two or three words together, they put forth people who aren’t even healthy enough to hold office, mentally healthy enough to hold office, because they can’t find good people who actually will push the garbage they’re pushing on Americans," Lake added. "We’ve seen them do anything possible to stop We the People from taking back our government, but We the People are gonna stand up. We’ve been playing checkers; they’ve been playing chess, and we’re gonna start, we’re going to show up to a knife fight with a gun, not a knife," she added.
