RINOs going after Texas AG Ken Paxton because he was about to take on their Big Pharma donors

But when it comes to Republicans, there are no bigger traitors to the party than RINOs -- Republicans In Name Only. They are like wolves in sheep's clothing; they appeal to conservatives, but in reality, they do the work of the left when it comes to taking out conservative officials and lawmakers who are deemed 'too effective' as champions of the people. Case in point: The recent impeachment of Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton. For years, Democratic administrations and prosecutors have gone after the AG on various allegations, but they never brought any charges because there was never any evidence -- real evidence -- that he is corrupt. But because he has become a nightmare for the lunatic left and the RINO donor class, it was determined that he had to be dealt with one way or another. And since Democrats couldn't get the job done through investigations and courts, RINOs stepped in. According to Revolver News: Texas RINOs are attempting to remove Attorney General Ken Paxton through an impeachment vote by alleging some weak corruption charges that center around allegations of aiding a wealthy political donor, conducting a sham investigation against whistleblowers, and covering up his wrongdoing in a separate federal securities fraud case against him. Ken Paxton is a staunch conservative and a strong supporter of former President Trump. But as noted by author and New York Post columnist Miranda Devine, the real reason has to do with Paxton wanting to go after Big Pharma for the lies told about the COVID vaccines. "Why are they trying to impeach Texas Attorney General @KenPaxtonTX? One month ago as reported by @mirandadevine in the NYPost, Paxton announced his new investigation into whether Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson misled Texans on the efficacy and safety of their vaccines and whether they manipulated clinical trial data," noted Twitter user Texas Lindsey. "Paxton was also looking into whether the pharmaceutical giants engaged in gain-of-function research. Less than one month after this story came out the House brought impeachment proceedings forward." Paxton, of course, has vowed to fight. "Paxton has denied the charges and on Friday lashed out against his critics, saying that removing him from office would be a gift for President Joe Biden and his Democratic agenda," Reuters reported in the wake of the vote to impeach, which temporarily removes him from office. "Staking out a position on the far right on divisive cultural issues, Paxton has sued the Biden administration nearly 50 times attempting to halt what he has labeled as 'unlawful tyrannical policies' on issues including immigration, gun rights and business regulation," the report continued. "The five-member Texas House General Investigating Committee voted unanimously on Thursday to recommend that Paxton be impeached and removed from office." The committee has been presented with testimonies from its investigators regarding allegations of Paxton's abuse of office spanning multiple years. The allegations include providing FBI files pertaining to the investigation of Nate Paul, a real estate developer and friend-donor of Paxton. The impeachment articles further accuse Paxton of involvement in bribery, citing his extramarital affair and the subsequent employment of the woman by Paul, Reuters noted. “They are showcasing their absolute contempt for the electoral process. Every politician who supports this deceitful impeachment attempt will inflict lasting damage on the credibility of the Texas House,” Paxton, who easily bested George P. Bush, a scion of two former presidents, during a primary challenge last year and went on to reelection, said. Revolver News noted of the situation: RINOs are doing the heavy lifting for the left. Both are determined to undermine the MAGA movement and target anyone who stands by the principles of putting America First. Don Jr. put out this tweet, basically declaring war between the GOP establishment and MAGA: "What the RINOs in the Texas State House are trying to do to America First patriot Ken Paxton is a disgrace.
