WHO partners with globalist Rockefeller Foundation to deal with future pandemics supposedly fueled by climate change

The World Health Organization (WHO) is partnering with the Rockefeller Foundation to address pandemics fueled by so-called climate change. The partnership is meant to strengthen the WHO Hub for Pandemic and Epidemic Intelligence, a special project under the WHO's Health Emergencies Program meant to facilitate "a global collaboration of partners from multiple sectors that supports countries and stakeholders to address future pandemic and epidemic risks." Established in 2021, the Pandemic Hub is meant to provide support, equipment and expertise to these global partners and "to facilitate "better access to data, better analytical capacities and better tools and insights for decision-making" to combat future disease and virus outbreaks. (Related: Is the WHO planning to unleash climate lockdowns as the next "pandemic?") The Rockefeller Foundation touts itself as working toward building "renewable energy for all." Its partnership with the WHO is expected to accelerate the Pandemic Hub's efforts "with catalytic funding and technical assistance." Both the WHO and the Rockefeller Foundation are well known for their very left-wing leanings on matters like climate change, and both have extensive ties to left-wing billionaires like George Soros and Bill Gates. Around 88 percent of the amount the WHO receives from supposedly philanthropic organizations comes from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. The Rockefeller Foundation itself has been collaborating with the WHO for over 75 years, including providing it with over $27 million in grants over the last two decades and a $1 billion investment to "catalyze a more inclusive, green recovery" from the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Rockefeller provides WHO Pandemic Hub with funding and technical expertise

To seal their partnership, the Rockefeller Foundation has invested $5 million with partners working with the WHO "to cultivate global networks for pathogen detection and strengthen pandemic preparedness capabilities, including broadening surveillance for diseases worsened by rising temperatures and extreme weather." A press release by the Rockefeller Foundation further notes that its investment and ongoing partnership with the WHO's Pandemic Hub will support other projects under the hub, including:
  • Scaling global capacity for genomic surveillance through the WHO's newly-launched International Pathogen Surveillance Network program.
  • Developing a "digital platform" to increase the WHO's ability to communicate and collaborate in real-time with other public health analysts, researchers and organizations around the globe "to scale evidence-based, field-tested epidemic tools."
  • Support global public health agencies by developing "user-centered product strategies for existing WHO epidemic intelligence solutions."
  • Improving outbreak detection through a "data science initiative" in partnership with other WHO partners.
"The COVID-19 pandemic underscored that disease surveillance, collaboration between stakeholders and data sharing were absolutely essential ingredients for health security – and the global community was unprepared," said WHO Assistant Director-General Dr. Chikwe Ihekweazu, who also serves as the head of the Pandemic Hub. "With the increasing threats from climate change, we are excited to partner with the Rockefeller Foundation to usher in a new era of global collaboration in pandemic intelligence." Rockefeller Foundation President Dr. Rajiv Shah expressed similar sentiments, claiming that climate change "is increasing both the risk of another global pandemic" and the need for organizations like his to partner with the WHO to collaborate and share data on pandemic preparedness. "The WHO Pandemic Hub is already making us smarter and safer by helping track threats, find solutions and connect countries and continents," added Shah in a statement. "We're proud to partner with the Hub to expand its focus on preventing pandemics fueled by climate change." Learn more about the WHO's activities at Globalism.news.
