TX AG Paxton's first task is to destroy illegal immigrant colonies after his historic impeachment acquittal

A couple weeks ago, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton was acquitted of state impeachment charges accusing him of corruption, bribery, and unfitness for office by a bipartisan group of Texas state senators. Now he is back at work and his top priority is to break apart a growing illegal immigrant colony north of Houston. During his guesting at Just the News' "John Solomon Reports," Paxton energetically announced that he had gone straight to work after his weak trial that lacked significant evidence and was conducted with obvious political motives. According to the AG, he was pushed to resign and when his political opponents could not make him, they concocted the case and got the media to create an untrue narrative. Podcast host Solomon even pointed out how the sham impeachment significantly boomeranged toward the state senators. Now moving on from the "malicious" cases that 12 Democrat and two Republican congressmen (Sens. Robert Nichols and Kelly Hancock) threw at him, he cited how President Joe Biden's administration is sabotaging its own country into "opening the floodgates" to illegal aliens. "It is hard to believe what they are doing to this country purposely that causes great harm to the communities, " Paxton said referring to the massive influx of migrants, especially from the southern border. He cited that the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) troops have cut the razor wire that the state of Texas had placed alongside the Rio Grande to stop border crossers from flooding the country, as an example. Texas Governor Greg Abbott recently shared a video on X that showed the U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) men taking down the barbed wire that protects the perimeters by dissuading passage of humans. "Texas installed razor wire in Eagle Pass to stop illegal crossings," Abbott said. "Today the Biden Admin CUT that wire, opening the floodgates to illegal immigrants." Upon knowing this, he immediately deployed more Texas National Guard troops to repel illegal crossings and re-install the wire. Meanwhile, about 14,000 migrants – nearly half the total of its 29,000 population – have surged into the city of Eagle Pass, a Texas border town, over the past two weeks. This triggered its local government chief, Mayor Rolando Salinas, to declare a state of emergency. (Related: Migrant TSUNAMI: Eagle Pass declares STATE OF EMERGENCY as nearly 14K border crossers flood the city in less than two weeks – many more to come.) Paxton lamented that the federal government should be helping the state prevent illegal immigration, but instead, it is helping the cartels. "This won't just affect the border states but the entire country," he added referring to the "inviting immigration policies" of the current POTUS. "People feel and see in the entire community that the Biden administration is the partner of cartels in Mexico, no doubt about it." He also told Solomon that at the moment, his office is now looking for possible solutions to help address the crisis. They are looking at how the legislature can contribute to a possible solution.

Paxton writes White House after FAKE impeachment: "Buckle up."

The state's AG's impeachment jury needed 21 votes to confirm the impeachment, but a two-thirds majority was not reached. He was fully acquitted a couple of weeks ago. "Today, the truth prevailed. The truth could not be buried by mudslinging politicians or their powerful benefactors," Paxton said in a statement. He was accused of misusing his political power to hire Nate Paul, a real estate developer who employed Paxton's alleged mistress Laura Olson. Paul was indicted in June for allegedly making false statements to banks. He was also accused of dereliction of duty, retaliating against former employees who reported his alleged wrongdoings to authorities, and making false statements concerning whistleblower accusations from former staffers. "The sham impeachment coordinated by the Biden Administration with liberal House Speaker Dade Phelan and his kangaroo court has cost taxpayers millions of dollars, disrupted the work of the Office of Attorney General, and left a dark and permanent stain on the Texas House," Paxton's letter read, adding that the weaponization of the impeachment process to settle political differences is not only wrong, "it is immoral and corrupt." He then accused the current regime of promoting "lawless policies," vowing that Biden will be "held accountable." "Finally, I can promise the Biden administration the following: buckle up because your lawless policies will not go unchallenged," the statement read. "We will not allow you to shred the constitution and infringe on the rights of Texans. You will be held accountable." Former President Donald Trump, who showed his support in the waning days of the trial, also applauded the historic verdict. "The Ken Paxton Victory is sooo BIG. WOW!!!" Trump posted on Truth Social, his social media platform. OpenBorders.news has more stories related to the illegal immigrants' easy invasion of the United States.
