Canada's government virologists exposed for "clandestine relationship" with Chinese agents

The reason why two top virologists at Canada's leading biolaboratory abruptly quit their jobs with no explanation is finally known thanks to documents leaked from the Justin Trudeau regime's top intelligence service. We know from the documents that the "personal issue" cited as the reason for the unexpected departures has to do with the two virologists' close ties to agents from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). The Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) says Dr. Xiangguo Qiu of Canada's Public Health Agency has a long history of "clandestine relationships" with CCP agents, which put Canadians' health and security at risk. Not only that, but Qiu's research was fed directly into China's military machine, helping to strengthen its resolve. Not only did Qiu hold a secret Chinese bank account, but the virologist also sold deadly pathogens to Chinese authorities at the infamous Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) in Wuhan, China, for a mere $75. "Further to our security assessment [...], the Service assesses that Ms. Qiu developed deep, cooperative relationships with a variety of People's Republic of China (PRC) institutions and has intentionally transferred scientific knowledge and materials to China in order to benefit the PRC Government, and herself, without regard for the implications to her employer or to Canada's interests," the CSIS said. "Overall, the information ... relates to: Ms. Qiu's close and clandestine relationships with a variety of entities of the PRC, which is a known security threat to Canada." The CSIS further announced that Qiu made cogent efforts to conceal her projects with various PRC institutions from Canadian officials which, given her extensive knowledge of the damaging effects of deadly pathogens on human health, should have known that what she was doing put Canadian interests as well as international security at risk. "Ms. Qiu repeatedly lied in her security screening interviews about the extent of her work with institutions of the PRC Government and refused to admit to any involvement in various PRC programs, even when documents [REDACTED] were put before her," the top Canadian intelligence agency added. "The Service also assesses that Ms. Qiu was reckless in her dealings with various PRC entities, particularly in her lack of respect for proper scientific protocols regarding the transfer of pathogens and in working with institutions whose goals have potentially lethal military applications that are manifestly not in the interests of Canada or its citizens." China stole Canada's most secret, secure pathogenic diseases to create bioweapons

At least two employees of a PRC institution whose work is not aligned with Canadian interests were given direct access by Qiu to Canada's National Microbiology Laboratory, described by the CSIS as "a Biosafety Level 4 facility which houses Canada's most secret and secure pathogenic diseases." "These pathogens can be used in weaponry," the CSIS warned. Qui was also actively working with the Chinese Wuhan Virology Lab on a project called "Project 1" in redacted form that began on Jan. 1, 2019, just three months before she sent shipments of materials to the Wuhan lab as part of a project involving the study of mRNA (modRNA) "vaccines." Another project, dubbed "Project 2" by the CSIS in redacted form, involved a "cross-species infection" that may have been used for gain-of-function research into bat virusessound familiar? To make sure you are tracking thus far, the secretive projects Qui was involved in sound a whole lot like what would later become the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19), the suggestion being that Canada's "most secret and secure pathogenic diseases" were used by the CCP to develop COVID bioweapons. "... at least five virus strains from that March 31, 2019 BSL-4 pathogen shipment from [Winnipeg] to [Wuhan] were referenced in the Wuhan Institute of Virology Project 1," the CSIS revealed. According to Conservative Party Opposition Leader Pierre Poilieve, what has been revealed in this story thus far merely scratches the surface of corruption within the Trudeau regime concerning its use of Chinese-compromised scientists who appear to have played a direct role in the creation and unleashing of COVID. "Under Justin Trudeau's watch, the PRC and its entities, including the People's Liberation Army, were allowed to infiltrate Canada's top-level lab," Poilieve said in a scathing statement. "They were able to transfer sensitive intellectual property and dangerous pathogens to the PRC." "This is a massive national security failure by Justin Trudeau and his Liberal government, which he fought tooth and nail to cover up, including defying four parliamentary orders and taking the House of Commons Speaker to court. He cannot be trusted to keep our people and our country safe." It turns out that Poilieve is right: The Trudeau regime did, in fact, sue the Speaker of the House of Commons in an attempt to prevent any of this damning information from going public. All in all, some 600-plus pages were released from the incriminating document revealing all this by an ad hoc committee of parliamentarians who studied matters relating to Qiu's transfer of pathogens, which also include Ebola and Henipah viruses.
