Emerging details have disclosed that the Biden administration has been involved in secretive operations to fly illegal immigrants from foreign airports directly to at least 43 airports across the United States. This operation, aimed at managing the surge of illegal aliens at the southern border, has been orchestrated without public disclosure.
Customs and Border Protection (CBP), operating under the Department of Homeland Security led by Alejandro Mayorka, has spearheaded these covert flights. Attempts to uncover specifics of the program through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit were met with resistance from CBP lawyers, who cited concerns over national security vulnerabilities as their reason for withholding information, as reported by the Daily Mail.
The Center for Immigration Studies (CIS), known for its advocacy for stricter immigration controls, has indicated that around 320,000 illegal aliens were transported into the U.S. via this undisclosed program from January to December 2023. The CBP One mobile application, initially designed to streamline the asylum application process, was reportedly utilized to facilitate travel authorization and temporary humanitarian release for these individuals, allowing them entry into the U.S. for up to two years under a special parole provision, despite their lack of legal residency status.
In response to inquiries about the airports used for these operations, the administration initially cited a ‘law enforcement exception’ for not divulging the information. However, further insights from the CIS lawsuit revealed that the refusal was also based on fears that disclosure could enable ‘bad actors’ to exploit public safety vulnerabilities and undermine CBP’s border security efforts. According to CBP lawyers, revealing the specific airports and the volume of arrivals could expose operational weaknesses potentially exploitable by malicious entities.
Elon Musk, upon learning of these revelations, expressed grave concerns over the national security implications and the political motives behind the administration’s actions. Musk suggested that by importing voters and bypassing standard vetting processes for illegal immigrants, the administration might be laying the groundwork for a significant national security breach. He criticized the administration’s immigration policies, suggesting they favor Democratic electoral gains over public safety and legal adherence, highlighting instances where illegal immigrants were released without consequences even after confrontations with law enforcement.
This situation has sparked debates over the constitutionality of the administration’s actions, with accusations of treason for undermining America’s security and sovereignty by facilitating the unregulated entry of illegal aliens through the southern border.
