There is a serious slumlord problem in the Big Apple, and the top 100 worst offenders are almost all Jewish. Sam Parker, who is running for the Senate as a Republican in Utah, tweeted on X (@SamParkerSenate) a screenshot of the 100 Worst Landlords in New York City, an official government document that tracks slumlords with the most known violations. Topping the list is Jonathan Cohen of Silvershore Properties, who as of 2017 had an astounding 1,090 average open violations spanning 188 rental units in 19 different buildings across the city. In second place is Rawle Isaacs with 969 average open violations in 214 units across four buildings, followed by Thomas Steiner with an average of 843 violations at 320 units across four buildings. The list continues as follows: Bruce Haley: average of 826 violations in 170 units across eight buildings Eric Silverstein: average of 739 violations in 237 units across three buildings Adam Stryker: average of 734 violations in 177 units across 11 buildings Joel Goldstein: average of 721 violations in 209 units across 10 buildings Meir Fried: average of 718 violations in 131 units across 18 buildings Mark Tress: average of 650 violations in 20 units located in one building Robert Kaszovitz: average of 597 violations in 207 units across four buildings Rubin Dukler: average of 584 violations in 93 units across three buildings Deodat Lowtan: average of 565 violations in 80 units across 14 buildings Michael Lazaroff: average of 561 violations in 112 units across two buildings Ervin Johnson: average of 557 violations in 32 units across four buildings Seth Miller: average of 556 violations in 82 units across five buildings Martin Baumrind: average of 551 violations in 89 units across 10 buildings Getz Obstfeld: average of 547 violations in 163 units across five buildings Uzy Stein: average of 543 violations in 49 units across two buildings Richard Nussbaum: average of 528 violations in 116 units across two buildings Yosef Emergi: average of 528 violations in 46 units across nine buildings (Related: Israel is conducting daily airstrikes on Rafah that are killing mostly children.)

Is it antisemitic to point out facts?

Some readers are sure to take offense at this information because it directly calls out wealthy people from a religious and ethnic group that up until recently has been insulated from criticism. Keep in mind, though, that these are just the facts. New York City is suffering through a housing crisis, as is much of the United States. And these names, along with many others on the same list, are perched at the top of the wealth pyramid where they profit from others' engineered misfortune. On X, a few accounts accused Parker of being a "Nazi" simply for publishing a portion of the New York City government's official list of slumlords, as seen below: "Little Nazi," one angrily wrote in response to Parker's tweet. "We'll kick you to Iran soon." Another shared this link showing the names of every single slumlord on New York City's official watchlist. Another posted this video showing all the U.S. congressmen and congresswomen who are beholden to Israel and the Zionist lobby via AIPAC: "How did they get to own all that prime real estate anyway?" asked another. "That is way outside the normal distribution you'd expect to see based on their percentage of the population. This points to systemic corruption. Has there ever been an investigation into this?" Another wrote that many of these same people "weren't exactly good to the Russians either," adding the hashtag #Bolsheviks.
