Kamala Harris paves the way for ILLEGALS to become lawyers in California after she helped one in 2014

Vice President Kamala Harris has a history of supporting illegals in a myriad of ways – including helping them become lawyers in her home state of California. Breitbart News recounted that in 2014, the California Supreme Court (SCC) unanimously ruled in favor of admitting illegal alien Sergio Garcia to the State Bar of California – allowing the Mexican national to practice law in the Golden State. At the time, Harris was the attorney general (AG) of California and even became a lead advocate for the case. According to the Sacramento Bee, Harris endorsed Garcia by submitting a written brief backing his legal battle. She also provided a lawyer from her office to argue on his behalf before the SCC. University of California, Davis School of Law Dean Kevin Johnson, one of the attorneys who represented the state bar in the case, told the Bee that Harris' support played a pivotal role in the case and the subsequent unanimous decision. "To know that the 'top cop' in California did not hate me for being undocumented, and was supporting me and wanting me to achieve my dream – that was huge," Garcia, now 47, remarked. Breitbart News added that the vice president "has advocated legislation to shield illegal aliens from federal immigration enforcement" for decades. In one instance that happened during her tenure as California AG, Harris sent letters to the state's law enforcement agencies threatening legal action against them if they cooperate with federal immigration officials.

Harris advocating for the "rights" of illegals – even violent ones

Harris has a really long history of supporting illegal immigrants in the past – even hiring a violent one who attacked a woman to be part of a free jobs program she spearheaded. A separate report by Breitbart News recounted how she hired illegal alien Alexander Izaguirre, who hails from Honduras, to be part of the "Back on Track" program. The program, which was implemented during Harris' tenure as San Francisco's district attorney (DA), sought to rehabilitate illegal immigrants arrested for drug crimes through education and job training. However, Izaguirre committed a violent crime in July 2008 while enrolled in the program. The illegal targeted San Francisco resident Amanda Kiefer, stealing her purse and even attempting to run her down during his bid to escape. Kiefer was left with multiple injuries, including a fractured skull and long-term trauma, after clinging to the hood of the vehicle and being thrown onto the road – prompting her to leave California permanently. Interestingly, Izaguirre avoided deportation and still received job training. Aside from this, Harris' tenure as San Francisco DA also included support for so-called sanctuary policies linked to the release of violent criminals. These policies prohibited local authorities from questioning their status unless they committed a crime. Another notable case where Harris' sanctuary policies protected violent criminals was that of illegal alien Edwin Ramos. Ramos, who hailed from El Salvador, committed a triple murder in June 2008. He fatally shot Tony Bologna and his two sons Michael and Matthew in a mistaken belief that they were rival gang members. Despite Ramos' criminal history, including gang-related assault and attempted robbery, the juvenile probation department did not involve federal immigration authorities due to San Francisco's sanctuary policy. Additionally, Harris – who adheres to her anti-death penalty stance – sought a life sentence without parole for Ramos instead of capital punishment.
