Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump sharply criticized the Biden-Harris administration during his closing statement at the ABC News presidential debate with Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris. He accused the current regime of "hurting the American people and putting the nation into decline." "So she just started by saying she's gonna do this, she's gonna do that, she's gonna do all these wonderful things," he said during the much-anticipated face-to-face discourse on Tuesday, Sept. 10, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. "You believe in things like 'We're not gonna frack, we're not gonna take fossil fuel,' things that are going to make this country strong whether you like it or not," he said. We're being laughed at all over the world," he said, blaming the administration for failing to provide leadership that resulted in global conflicts such as the war in Ukraine and escalating tensions that could lead to "a third world war." Furthermore, Trump criticized the handling of the U.S. military, alleging that it had been weakened and compromised, particularly citing the chaotic withdrawal from Afghanistan and the subsequent Taliban takeover. He then labeled President Joe Biden and Harris as "the worst president and the worst vice president," respectively, in the history of the country.

"They're coming in and they're taking jobs that are occupied right now by African Americans and Hispanics and also unions," Trump said. "Unions are going to be affected very soon. You see what's happening with towns throughout the United States. You look at Springfield, Ohio and Aurora in Colorado. They are taking over the towns. They're taking over buildings; they're going in violently." According to him, these are the people that Harris and Biden let into our country. "They're dangerous," he warned. "They're at the highest level of criminality and we have to get them out fast." Shortly after the debate, Breitbart News, along with residents of Aurora and local business owners, confirmed that the claims were accurate, with reports of a Venezuelan gang having taken control of an apartment complex in the area. "It's out of control. Denver is just a sanctuary city. They're just, they're just flooding them into the smaller communities. Now, they're busing them out here. They're busing them to our smaller communities, and our hotels are being overrun out here. And it's just chaos," said one nearby business owner, identified as Pam. She added that it has become worse that they can no longer stay open late at night. "You know, they had an issue not too long ago where they forced almost all the businesses on the street to shut down.
