Donald Trump wasted no time following his election win on Tuesday in celebrating his election performance, describing it to a room full of supporters in West Palm Beach, Fla., as "a magnificent victory for the American people." Trump talked at length about his amazing comeback against Kamala Harris, not to mention the fact that he won a second term non-consecutively, making him the second president ever and the first in more than 130 years to do so. Trump added in his speech that his win in 2024 will be "remembered as the day the American people regained control of their country." "This was a movement like nobody's ever seen before," Trump told the crowd. "This was, I believe, the greatest political movement of all time – there's never been anything like this in the country." Trump says the political movement surrounding his presidential campaign still has work to do to "reach a new level of importance" and to help the United States "heal" from everything that has happened. "We have a country that needs help," Trump said. "And it needs help very badly. We're going to fix our borders. We're going to fix everything about our country. We made history for a reason tonight, and the reason is going to be just that. We overcame obstacles that nobody thought possible." Democrats could still try to oust Trump using "insurrectionist" argument from Fourteenth Amendment

Many in the independent media, including at Breitbart News, are celebrating alongside Trump that he overcame "doubts about his rhetoric" concerning the events of Jan. 6, 2021, to quote Joel Pollack. Trump instead "ran a focused, disciplined, and even innovative campaign in the closing weeks, reaching out to unusual constituencies, including black, Muslim, and Hispanic voters." "Many lawsuits and much rancor still awaits; Democrats may try to block Trump by claiming he is an 'insurrectionist' within the ban imposed by the Fourteenth Amendment." In his victory speech, Trump thanked former independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., congratulating him on a campaign that was "historic in so many ways." Trump added that he and RFK Jr. "built the biggest, the broadest, the most unified coalition" in American history. One person who was mysteriously absent from Trump's list of thank-you mentions is God Himself, as noted by a commenter who wrote that Trump was protected "from the Satanists' political persecution, two assassins, shamelessly biased media, corrupt prosecutors and judges, and the irrational hatred of the left." Others wrote that their "prayers were answered" with the election of Trump, whom they believe will save the day and "make America great again" in time. "God saved our country for my children and grandchildren!" one proclaimed following Trump's victory. When someone challenged this notion with an interjection of "for now," the original commenter retorted back with, "Pipe down, Satan!" "The fight is not over, but a major battle has been won," wrote another. "Trump's Presidential campaign was undoubtedly the best political campaign I've ever seen!" celebrated another. "And I've been around since the 1968 Presidential campaign." "The shear energy of Trump, a 78-year-old man, was stunning to watch! Those behind the scenes made Trump look good by putting him in the best possible scenarios! And Lara Trump turning the lapdog RNC into a pitbull! Historic stuff all around! Congratulations to President-elect Trump, MAGA and ALL of America!" Another echoed this by congratulating Trump for being "everywhere every day" while Kamala, his opponent, "was hardly seen, except at elite parties." All news about Trump can be found at Trump.news.
