(

- Sam Andrews, founder of Freedom Center USA, comes from a lineage of firearms innovators and engineers. His company manufactures high-end weapons systems for U.S. operators, specializing in long-range precision shooting (e.g., sub-5-inch groups at 2,200 yards).
- The Freedom Center in Missouri offers 40+ annual classes in combat skills, including handgun/rifle tactics, sniper techniques and emergency medicine. Andrews emphasizes preparedness, offering a course on surviving societal breakdowns.
- Andrews warns Senate Bill (SB) 686 is a "historic power grab," stripping the President’s authority over classified intelligence and granting the Senate Intelligence Committee unchecked control, potentially enabling political targeting.
- Andrews raises concerns about the FBI Hostage Rescue Team's extrajudicial operations under JSOC, lacking transparency. He also criticizes the U.S. leadership's incompetence and the media's downplaying of casualties. Andrews also warns of China exploiting U.S. overextension in conflicts (Taiwan, Ukraine, etc.) to weaken logistics, and advocates military action to dismantle drug cartels and stop fentanyl trafficking.
- He ultimately urges vigilance, preparedness and proactive defense of freedom amid rising geopolitical and societal instability.
Freedom Center USA founder Sam Andrews joined the Health Ranger Mike Adams on the "Health Ranger Report" to discuss
Senate Bill (SB) 686 and its impact on the future of American freedom.
Andrews, a prominent figure in the firearms industry, provided a comprehensive analysis of the current political landscape and the
urgent need for preparedness in uncertain times. Andrews, whose lineage includes inventors and engineers, has been immersed in the world of firearms since childhood. His uncle's influence as a long-range shooter in Vietnam ignited a lifelong passion for precision shooting and weapons development.
Today, Andrews' company stands at the forefront of manufacturing high-end weapons systems for United States operators deployed in various conflict zones. With a thousand-yard range at
the Freedom Center based in Missouri, Andrews and his team push the boundaries of long-range shooting technology.
The Freedom Center is not just a weapons manufacturing facility, but also a training ground for combat and defensive skills. Offering over 40 classes annually, the center provides advanced training in handgun and rifle combat, long-range shooting, sniper techniques and combat medicine.
Andrews emphasized the importance of preparedness, particularly in the face of potential societal breakdowns, and conducts a six-hour course on actionable steps for individuals and families to thrive during difficult times.
Senate Bill 686: A threat to American democracy
The conversation shifted to
the controversial SB 686, which Andrews describes as the "largest power grab in the history of the U.S. government." Andrews warned that this concentration of power could lead to unchecked authority, potentially enabling the targeting of political enemies without oversight.
This bill strips the president of the ability to manage intelligence agencies. It also grants the Senate Select Intelligence Committee unprecedented control over classified information and declassification processes.
"SB686 prevents the President of the United States from seeing … [and] declassifying classified information. It basically gives the Select Intelligence Committee of the U.S. Senate all the power in reviewing and using classified information and declassifying information," Andrews warned the Health Ranger.
Andrews shed light on the
Federal Bureau of Investigation's Hostage Rescue Team (HRT), a tier one asset under the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC), which operates under military command and control. He revealed that the HRT is often involved in renditions and extrajudicial killings, raising concerns about accountability and the potential for abuse. The interview underscored the need for transparency and checks and balances to prevent the misuse of such powerful entities.
U.S. needs to avoid overextending itself
Andrews also warned of
China's strategic efforts to embroil America in conflicts on multiple fronts, including Taiwan, Israel, Ukraine and Africa. He drew parallels between China's tactics and those used by the U.S. against the Soviet Union, suggesting that China aims to weaken American logistical capabilities through prolonged engagements.
According to Andrews, the U.S. needs to avoid overextending itself and prioritize strategic planning and resource management. "It's a very important thing to understand that we cannot under any circumstances logistically spread ourselves too thin," Andrews said.
The discussion also touched on the escalating threat posed by drug cartels, particularly in border regions. Andrews advocated for a direct approach, advocating for the use of military force to dismantle these organizations. Cutting off the supply of drugs like fentanyl is crucial to saving American lives and that decisive action is necessary to eliminate the cartels' logistical infrastructure. (Related:

As the interview concluded, Andrews reaffirmed the mission of the Freedom Center: to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to preserve freedom in the United States. He emphasized the importance of being prepared for any scenario, whether it be societal unrest or geopolitical conflict, and encouraged Americans to take proactive steps to protect themselves and their families.
