"ATB Personal Restoration Class" on BrightU: The seven hidden cycles – a radical map of the human body
- Dr. Alphonzo Monzo presented the Aleph-Tav Body System as a seven-layered framework connecting the body with resonance, energy, emotions, Hebrew letters and spirituality. The sixth and seventh cycles were described as more explicitly spiritual, with the seventh representing "Yahweh Yeshua" as the light holding the body together.
- The episode focused on the first cycle, which contains four points corresponding to the Hebrew letters Aleph, Bet, Gimmel and Dalet. Although each point has unique characteristics, they share broader physical and emotional correlations because they belong to the same cycle.
- Aleph was associated with movement and located at the inside of the knee; Bet was connected to physical structure and located around the hip; Gimmel focused heavily on immune and respiratory functions near the shoulder blade; and Dalet, at the base of the skull, was described as the "doorway of the mind."
- Monzo's theory links feelings, emotions and attitudes in a progression that can lead to what he called "congested emotion" when emotions are repeatedly suppressed or improperly expressed. He argued that disrupted energy flow can become a central source of bodily problems within the system.
- The episode presented the Aleph-Tav system as an unusual synthesis of anatomy, Hebrew symbolism, spirituality, emotions and energy theory, offering viewers a distinctive map of the human body that can be interpreted as a healing framework, symbolic system or unconventional theory of human organization.
What if the human body were more than a collection of organs, tissues and biological systems – and instead could be understood as a seven-layered architecture organized through resonance, energy, emotion and ancient Hebrew symbolism?
That is the provocative premise explored by Dr. Alphonzo Monzo in Episode 7 of the Aleph-Tav Body Personal Restoration class, streamed on BrightU on Aug. 14. The episode took viewers into the first cycle of the Aleph-Tav Body System, introducing a framework that attempts to connect physical points on the body with Hebrew letters, frequencies, emotional patterns and spiritual concepts.
Monzo explained that the seven cycles function as categories through which the body is organized. Five cycles represent different layers of the body and its organization, while the sixth and seventh occupy a more explicitly spiritual dimension. The seventh cycle, he said, is "Yahweh Yeshua, that is the light of the world that holds us together." The sixth was described as the spirit-soul level of the body.
The system becomes particularly intriguing when Monzo turned to the first cycle. Four points belong to this category, corresponding to the first four Hebrew letters: Aleph, Bet, Gimmel and Dalet. Because they share the same cycle, Monzo said they have many overlapping physical and emotional correlations, even though each point has its own distinct characteristics.
From Hebrew letters to the body
The first point, Aleph, located on the inside of the knee, was presented as a key associated with movement. Monzo described it as a point connected with numerous bodily functions and emphasized a larger symbolic meaning: "Life and death begin with movement or the lack thereof."
The second point, Bet, moved the discussion toward physical structure. Located around the hip, it was described as having a relationship with the body's structural level. Bet itself carries the imagery of a house or container, creating an unusual bridge between the ancient Hebrew letter and the physical architecture of the body.
Gimmel, the third point, was associated with the top corner of the shoulder blade and receives particular emphasis for immune and respiratory functions. Its symbolism comes from the camel. Monzo used the animal's movement to illustrate ideas of rising, falling and returning. The fourth point, Dalet, was located at the base of the skull and was called the "doorway of the mind," placing the brain and mental functions at the center of its discussion.
Yet the physical points are only part of the theory. Monzo also explored how feelings can become emotions, emotions can develop into attitudes and repeatedly suppressed or improperly expressed emotions can become what he calls "congested emotion." In his model, energy that fails to move correctly becomes a central problem.
The episode ultimately presented the Aleph-Tav system as a sweeping attempt to connect body, mind, emotion, ancient language and spirituality. Whether viewers approach it as a healing framework, a symbolic system or an unconventional theory of human organization, the seven cycles provide a fascinating – and highly unusual – map of the body.
