Dr. Simone Gold countersues AFLDS board for suing her over claims that she misrepresented herself as group's head

Despite founding the group in 2020, Dr. Simone Gold of America's Frontline Doctors held "no officer, director, or other official management role with AFLDS" after February 2022 but still continued to "represent herself as the founder and public voice of AFLDS," according to a recently dismissed lawsuit – for which Dr. Gold is now countersuing. AFLDS board member Joseph Gilbert tried to take Dr. Gold to court over these claims, though his suit was dismissed on December 6. Now, Dr. Gold is suing him back, alleging that Gilbert engaged in theft and corruption in the Ultra Vires Hostile Takeover. On January 25, a preliminary injunction for the case will be held. A few days prior, Dr. Gold held a press conference to address the case and Gilbert's allegations against her, stating that she is innocent. (Related: Dr. Gold was imprisoned and later released for her alleged involvement in the Jan. 6, 2021, "insurrection" at the U.S. Capitol building.) "AFLDS remains in pursuit of its mission to provide the public with accurate and independent information related to science, medicine, and civil liberties," she said. Attorney Jose Jimenez also issued a statement: "The facts are clear and fully documented, and we are confident the legal process will fully exonerate Dr. Gold as AFLDS' President and courageous leader and allow AFLDS to continue its critical mission of saving lives and preserving our civil liberties."

AFLDS continues to stand in the gap for health and medical freedom in America

The goal of AFLDS is to stand up for all Americans who wish to obtain the best quality healthcare. The group does this by empowering doctors working on the front lines of America's most pressing healthcare challenges – covid being a big one. Many doctors were bullied and threatened into not treating their patients with viable remedies such as hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) and ivermectin throughout the scamdemic. AFLDS was there to help them with Dr. Gold as the group's figurehead. She famously stood on the capitol steps – you can see her there along with other AFLDS representatives in the cover photo of this story. To this very day, Dr. Gold and others continue to stand up for medical freedom in the United States, which is under attack like never before. In the comments, someone quoted Josey Wales, a character played by Clint Eastwood in the 1976 western film The Outlaw Josey Wales, who stated: "Now remember, if things look bad and it looks like you're not gonna make it, then you gotta get mean. I mean plumb, mad-dog mean. 'Cause if you lose your head and you give up then you neither live nor win. That's just the way it is." Another added the quote that if you're going to fight, fight like you are the third monkey on the ramp to Noah's Ark, and brother ... it's starting to rain – this line coming from a 2016 tweet by MMA fighter Tim Kennedy, which later appeared in the comedy novel Rash'Tor'Ri by Christopher Woods. "Doctors, nurses and scientists can't be trusted after the stuff they have pulled the last 2+ years, which was the left's intent," wrote another about how the medical system at large has become a circus of lies and deception. "We are in the fight of our lives, and for our lives, and have no trustworthy medical support now." Numerous others lauded Dr. Gold and AFLDS for continuing to fight the good fight, as they are among the few trustworthy medical professionals left in America. "Dr. Gold did time in prison on false trespass charges for reading the AFLDS credo under the dome of the Capitol on Jan. 6," one of them wrote. "Most of the others cannot be trusted!"
