Award-winning rapper Meek Mill is advising Americans to be vigilant and protective in a series of posts on X (formerly Twitter), citing increasing violence in American cities. The 36-year-old Philadelphia native, Robert Rihmeek Williams — known professionally as Meek Mill — attributed the spike in urban violence to illegal immigration, a surge of drugs, and a deepening mental health crisis.
