Mike Adams warns of SWAMP CREATURES and Big Pharma "Trojan horses" being named for positions in the second Trump administration

The Health Ranger Mike Adams has warned against the appointment of "Swamp creatures" and Big Pharma "Trojan horses" in the second administration of President-elect Donald Trump during a recent edition of the "Health Ranger Report." He noted the post-election euphoria among several conservatives, Trump supporters and pro-liberty people. But they should turn their focus now on the individuals who will be tapped to fill in key positions in the second Trump administration. The Health Ranger warned against putting people like former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo in the White House again. Doing so would be a bad sign, as it serves as a betrayal of all Trump voters and America. Fortunately, the president-elect himself said Pompeo won't have a seat in his new cabinet. However, Trump's appointment of his campaign's co-chair Susie Wiles as White House chief of staff is a big red flag. According to Adams, she is a big-time lobbyist for Big Pharma and Big Food. "She's a lobbyist for the very system that people like you and I are trying to tear down," he said. "And this is a horrible sign if Trump keeps her as chief of staff because this is the infiltration that we're all worried about. Everybody that's close to Trump, their phones are ringing off the hook from all the other people that are begging to be put into the [second] Trump administration." The Health Ranger said the American people don't need a "Swamp changing of the guard," where they replace Swamp creatures with other Swamp creatures who don't have any experience in the real world.

Trump administration must appoint Americans that represent real America

"We want Americans in the Trump administration that represent real America. People from all across the country, people who own companies, people who run small businesses, people who grow food, people who have jobs, people who work with animals, people who have skills outside of just being a freaking parasite in Washington, D.C.," Adams said. The second Trump administration is a lifetime opportunity for Americans to make real change in Washington. New people are needed to come in and overhaul the corrupt and broken system in D.C., but they need to be very vocal about it. This also serves as an opportunity to call out Trojan horses and lobbyists tied to Big Food, Big Pharma and Big Banking – of which Wiles is part of. America is done with Big Pharma, the fake news media, fake science, manufactured pandemics, vaccines mandates, lockdowns and all other nonsense. Thus, Trump must get real Americans in position who will represent the American people – not Swamp creatures. But Adams warned that this change won't happen if the incoming Trump administration keeps on picking the same Swamp creatures. He pointed out that the Trump administration needs people who know how dangerous Big Government can be and can help dismantle it from the inside. Right decisions must be made, including the best choice of lawmaker to serve as the Senate majority leader and House speaker in the two chambers of Congress.
